Delivery guidelines
Please Note: Our normal dispatch period is 2 - 3 days. However at times of
High profile press coverage this inevitably may be extended, as these products
are hand made and are the freshest products you can buy. We value your custom
and do everything within our power to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. All
parcels are sent recorded and tracked by Royal Mail. If you need an accurate
status on any order please call us on 01299 269211, It would be our pleasure to
track it for you.
Return PolicyWe do hope that you will be pleased with your products, if for some reason you would like to return an item please return to us unopened within 7 days of delivery. Please note that unfortunately we cannot refund gift vouchers. We offer a FREE advice service to help you choose the correct products for your skin type, therefore any products which are returned open we will be unable to refund. Returns of non-faulty goods are not normally entitled to a return postage refund. If you have any doubts over the suitability of our products, please contact us before placing an order. If you do need to return your order/product, it should be wrapped securely and sent by Recorded Delivery. You should then retain proof of postage.
